Film critic/author Diana Saenger visits Movie Addict Headquarters on January 1st to talk about Deadline: Romance, her sizzling New Year’s Eve Club romantic novella that one reviewer says “cries out for a screen treatment.” She will also discuss the 2012 San Diego Film Critics Society Awards and the upcoming Academy Award nominations.     

Diana serves as entertainment editor for the San Diego East County Gazette and is the founder/editor of Classic Movie Guide. She also operates her own syndicate and online site called Review Express. An award-winning journalist, she has won numerous honors from such groups as the California Media Professionals, San Diego Press Club and the National Federation of Press Women.

In addition, Diana is past president of the San Diego Film Critics Society, the author of POWs of the Vietnam War  and Everyone Wants My Job: the ABC's of Entertainment Writing. As the president of SANDS Publishing, Diana and her company gained national media attention in 2001 (including a book appearance on the Rosie O’Donnell TV show) with GLORY: A Nation’s Spirit Defeats the Attack on America, a book SANDS published only seven weeks after the 9/11 attack.
