IMPORTANT NOTE. Thanks to Nikki Starr and James Colt Harrison for doing such a great job moving this episode along when I got cut off by those rambunctious Halloween gremlins! Sorry our other guests weren't able to call in. John P. McCarthy lives in the New York area, and we hope he and his family are safe! Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone impacted by the devastating Frankenstorm.
