Fall Film Preview
by
Renowned film critics Nell Minow, aka The Movie Mom, and Mad Movie Man A.J. Hakari drop by Movie Addict Headquarters on August 30th to discuss the upcoming film and DVD release schedule for Fall of 2011. What are the most eagerly-awaited movies and DVDs? Which theatrical releases will be successful and which area most likely to bomb at the box office? Because they never shy away from expressing their candid opinions, Nell and A.J. make a great team. That’s why, by popular demand, they appear together so often on Movie Addict Headquarters. Who can forget their spirited “Aliens vs. Monsters” debate? This should be another lively and fun show!
Nell writes about culture, media and values for Beliefnet.com and was recently selected to be one of Roger Ebert’s film critics on Ebert Presents At the Movies. Her book, The Movie Mom’s Guide to Family Movies, has helped parents everywhere select safe and fun entertainment for their children.
A.J. is the founder/editor of Passport Cinema, a site devoted to foreign language films. He also contributes movie reviews to Classic Movie Guide, ReelTalk Movie Reviews, and Terror Tube. Because of his interest in horror flicks, A.J. is now writing a book about the subject.
