Fran Capo Talks Movies
by
“Live every day as if it’s your last, and one day you’ll be right.” That’s Fran Capo’s motto. Fran definitely follows her own advice. She’s an actress, stand-up comic, author, voiceover artist, motivational speaker, producer and TV host. On December 14th, she will be dropping by Movie Addict Headquarters to discuss her movie experiences and opinions about the world of cinema.
Fran’s movies include The Signs of the Cross, Client 3815, Sunday, and Breaking and Entering. The latter is currently receiving acclaim on the film festival circuit. It won the Audience Award for Best Documentary at the Jacksonville Film Festival and earned an Honorable Mention at the St. Louis Film Festival.
Appearing on over 3,500 radio and 360 television shows, Fran’s credits cover such diverse programs as Entertainment Tonight, Good Morning America, Larry King Live and Discover Channel’s More than Human. Her very funny “June East” (Mae West parody) is much in demand. Fran has also written numerous books and holds five records, the most well-known being the “Guinness Book of World Records Fastest Talking Female.”
As a writer, Fran has penned a successful series of It Happened in … books as well as The Secret of Publicity and my favorite, Almost a Wise Guy, which is based on the story of her father’s life. “It’s a cross between Catcher in the Rye and Analyze This,” she declares. Adventurous to the core, Fran once did a book signing at the top of Kilimanjaro and one down by the wreck of the Titanic.
Our Fran Capo interview airs on BlogTalkRadio at 4 p.m. Eastern Time (1 p.m. Pacific Time) on Tuesday, December 14. During the live show, listeners are invited to call in and to participate in a chat. An archived segment will also be available.
It should be a fast and funny show!
