Revisiting Michael Emerson
by Betty Jo Tucker

On the next Movie Addict Headquarters show, actor Michael Emerson’s previous interview about his work as the deceitful leader of “The Others” on TV’s LOST as well as other aspects of his impressive acting career will be replayed with a New Live Chat plus an additional segment updating the latest LOST season.

Two-time Emmy nominee Emerson has proved that being the bad guy pays off. He’s made a name for himself as one of the most talented actors on television today by perfecting the role of the misunderstood villain. Besides his Emmy-nominated work on LOST, which recently began its fifth television season, Emerson won a 2001 Emmy for Best Guest Performance in a Drama Series for his portrayal of a serial killer on The Practice.

Emerson has also appeared in several movies, including Saw and The Legend of Zorro. The DVD of his new film (Ready? OK!) is being released this later this month. Among Emerson’s varied interests are Shakespeare and the classical theater, drawing, and ghost stories.

“Michael Emerson & LOST Revisited” airs on Tuesday, March 3, at 4 p.m. Eastern Time. Because a new Chat will be available during the live show, fans will have the opportunity to share their reactions about this year’s LOST season.
