Great Bond Debate, The
by
Resolved: Quantum of Solace is an excellent James Bond movie. Debate about this latest 007 film takes center stage on the November 25th Movie Addict Headquarters show. Mad Movie Man A.J. Hakari will represent the affirmative, and I plan to take the negative side in this important verbal battle. Co-host Jazz Shaw has agreed to referee the heated discussion.
Of course, any program about James Bond movies simply must include reactions concerning which actor is the best 007-- Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, George Lazenby, Pierce Brosnan or Daniel Craig.
Following the Great Bond Debate, Nikki Starr, who produces MAHQ, will join us for a conversation about two new movie releases, Bolt and Twilight. Regarding the latter flick, Nikki says, “I do love vampire movies!”
A.J. Hakari, a popular guest on Movie Addict Headquarters, is the founder and editor of Passport Cinema and writes film reviews for ReelTalkReviews.com and Classic Movie Guide. He also hosts “The Mad Movie Man” talk radio show for the University of Wisconsin at River Falls.
Movie Addict Headquarters airs on BlogTalkRadio each Tuesday at 4 p.m. Eastern Time. During the live show, listeners are invited to call the show and to participate in a chat. The call-in number is 646-478-5668. An archived segment is also available.
Who is your favorite 007? We would love to hear from you.
