ZOHAN & Adam Sandler Reviewed on BTR
by Betty Jo Tucker

One of today’s most successful funnymen, Adam Sandler has built an enviable acting career upon his ability to portray quirky characters in movies like The Waterboy, Little Nicky, Anger Management, The Wedding Singer, Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison. In You Don’t Mess with the Zohan, he takes on his most outrageous role to date as a Mossad agent who fakes his own death in order to become a hair stylist in the Big Apple.

On the next “Movie Addict Headquarters” show, respected film critic John P. McCarthy joins Nikki Starr and me to rant and rave about Sandler’s new film comedy as well as his other movies. McCarthy writes film reviews for ReelTalk Reviews and has written for Daily Variety, Time Out New York, and was on the staff at TV GUIDE. He’s the Editor of Cineman Syndicate, a movie review service that syndicates movie reviews and entertainment features to newspapers, magazines, and online outlets.

Among the questions to be covered on the Adam Sandler “Movie Addict Headquarters” show are:

Is Zohan a hit or a miss?

What are Sandler’s best and worst movies and performances?

How does Sandler compare with other film comics?

Why has Sandler been so successful?

This BlogTalkRadio show airs at 4 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, June 10. Listeners are invited to call in and to participate in a chat during the live broadcast. The call-in phone number is 646-478-5668. What’s you favorite Adam Sandler film or performance?  We’d love to hear from you.
